The Unit Owner is responsible for notifying the Board of the name and address of the Owner’s Mortgagee. The Secretary maintains this information in the record of ownership of the Association. The Board may, at the request of any Mortgagee or prospective purchaser of any Unit, report the status of general or special assessments on such Unit due and unpaid. Refer to the Association Bylaws for additional information.
