The PP&E Director chairs the PP&E Committee. This committee oversees repairs and improvements to the grounds, buildings and equipment, and makes recommendations to the Board.
This Committee also oversees architectural control of the grounds and buildings. Any alterations, repairs or improvements to a Unit which alter the exterior appearance of a unit or building must be approved in writing by the Board prior to work being consummated. The Unit Owner is required to submit a written request to the PP&E Director for review and approval by the PP&E Committee prior to Board approval.
