Duties and Responsibilities: The Board of Directors are your elected representatives that govern the affairs of the Association. Duties and responsibilities of the Board are governed according to provisions in the Association Declaration, Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and the Book of Regulations.
Members of the Board: The Board of Directors consists of seven (7) voting members and one (1) non-voting member. The Past President is the non-voting member of the Board. Other members include the President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Property, Plant & Equipment ((PP&E) Director, Operations Director and Communications Director.
Election and Term of Directors: Board members are elected at the fall semi-annual meeting. All positions are two-year term. The President, Vice President, PP&E Director and Communications Director will be elected at the meeting in even numbered years. Treasurer, Operations Director and Secretary will be elected at the meeting in odd number years. Terms commence on January 1st following the Association fall semi-annual meeting at which they were elected.
